Terms of Service
Effective date: 30 May 2026. These Terms apply to navorixnz.com (the “Service”) operated by NavorixNZ Limited (“we”, “us”).
1) Entertainment-only social casino
- The Service provides simulated casino-style arcade gameplay for entertainment only.
- No real-money gambling: you cannot wager New Zealand dollars or any real currency in the Service.
- No cash-out and no redemption: virtual coins/credits/tokens (“Virtual Currency”) have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, or converted into money or anything of real-world value.
- No prizes or items of real-world value are awarded through gameplay.
2) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and located in New Zealand to create an account or use the Service. By using the Service, you confirm you meet these requirements.
3) Accounts & security
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your login details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- We may suspend/terminate accounts for suspected misuse, fraud, or policy violations.
4) Acceptable use
- No cheating, exploiting bugs, automated play (bots), scraping, or interfering with the Service.
- No harassment, illegal activity, or attempts to buy/sell/transfer Virtual Currency or accounts.
- Do not upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes others’ rights.
5) Virtual Currency
Virtual Currency is licensed to you for use only within the Service, is non-transferable, and may be modified, reset, or removed (for example, during maintenance, anti-fraud actions, or account termination). Virtual Currency is not property and has no real-world value.
6) Service changes & availability
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7) Disclaimer & limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We exclude warranties where lawful and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (where applicable).
8) Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may terminate or restrict access if you breach these Terms or where required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
9) Disputes & governing law
Please contact us first so we can try to resolve concerns. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand and disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of New Zealand courts.
10) Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
