Payments, Subscriptions & Refunds Policy

This policy applies to purchases made on navorixnz.com and within NavorixNZ services by customers in New Zealand.
1) What you can buy
We may offer optional in-app purchases such as virtual coins, boosts, and other digital items (“Virtual Items”), and we may also offer subscriptions (where shown at checkout/in-app). Availability, features, and prices are displayed before you confirm your purchase.
2) Pricing, GST, and payment processing
Prices are shown in the currency presented at checkout and may include New Zealand GST where applicable. Payment methods available to you depend on the checkout or app store you use. Your payment is processed by our payment provider and/or the relevant app store (e.g., Apple App Store / Google Play) under their terms.
3) Subscriptions (if offered)
- Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the end of the current billing period.
- Billing: you will be charged at the start of each period at the price shown at purchase (or as notified for any future changes where required).
- Cancellation: manage or cancel via your account settings or the app store that billed you. Access typically continues until the end of the paid period.
4) Virtual Items: no cash value
- Virtual Items are licensed for use within the service only. They are not money, are non-transferable, and have no cash value.
- Except where required by New Zealand law, we do not provide refunds for unused Virtual Items. Unused balances may be lost if your account is closed, suspended for breach of terms, or if the service is discontinued.
5) Refunds
We do not generally offer “change of mind” refunds for digital purchases once delivered, except where required by law or by the relevant app store/payment provider’s policies. If a purchase is duplicated, not delivered, or charged in error, contact us promptly so we can investigate.
New Zealand consumer rights: nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 (including rights relating to services that are not provided with reasonable care and skill, or where representations are misleading).
6) Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you believe a charge is unauthorised or incorrect, please contact us first so we can help resolve it. If you raise a chargeback or payment dispute, we may suspend access to the related account or Virtual Items while the dispute is investigated. We may request information to verify your claim and may contest disputes where appropriate evidence supports the charge.
7) Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when changes were made. Material changes may be communicated in-app or on our website.
